Trey Tackling joined GSA in 2017 and serves as the Federal Acquisition Service Customer Service Director (CSD) for Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Trey is a one-stop shop for GSA and brings the latest acquisition solutions to his customers and links them directly to a wide array of contracting experts.  Additionally, Trey helps customers navigate the GSA e-Tools Suite to discover products, services and vendors while providing technical assistance for Request for Quotes on GSA’s eBuy platform.   Prior to his current role with GSA, Trey served twenty-four years in the United States Air Force, primarily in the construction and service contract field, ultimately serving in the Inspector General role overseeing compliance inspections of construction and service contract offices Air Force wide.  Trey has a Bachelor’s Degree from Park University in Management and Finance and a MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.  He is a member of the NCMA Jacksonville Chapter and in his free time, enjoys volunteering with the Nease High School track and cross country programs.

Mr. Adrian Little has over 17 years experience in design and systems engineering of electromechanical devices used in various industries including medical, military, swimming pool, and theme park industries. His Orlando, FL based company has developed and manufactured aircraft ground support equipment for the A-10, F-22, F-15, F-16, F-35 and RC-135 aircraft. This equipment is used all across the United States and represents a fraction of their capabilities. Most recently, Mr. Little was instrumental in leading JETechnology to gain its AS9100c Quality Management Certification. Mr. Little believes in giving back and is a volunteer teacher for Croom's Academy's Junior Achievement program. He is also a Florida State University Alum and loves anything to do with the Seminoles. In his spare time, Mr. Little likes to spend time with his wife, Shaunell, and 9 year old twin boys (Donovan and Dorian). In addition, he is an avid road cyclist and routinely rides 50 miles each Saturday

Darrell Searcy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group, LLC DBA Chandler Campbelle & Daschle; an SBA 8(a) Certified Management Consulting Firm that provides professional management consulting and value- added reseller services to U.S. Department of Defense, Federal civilian, municipal, and commercial organizations. Darrell has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience working with Fortune 100 and multi-national organizations including Homebanc Mortgage Corporation, Siemens A.G., Pharmacia & Upjohn Pharmaceuticals, Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, and IBM. Darrell is an accomplished public speaker and entrepreneur and serves as a keynote speaker and facilitator for corporations, municipalities and nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. He currently serves as a faculty member of Palm Beach State College, and an instructor for the Florida Atlantic University Institute of Government.

Ms. Denise Rose has nearly 20 years of service in Contracting for the DOD, Army Missile Command, Centcom (as a Contingency Contracting officer in Iraq), and the Department of Veterans Affairs. She holds a B.S. in Professional Studies and is a Veteran. Her Mission is to support every Veteran and VA Medical Center with quality care, excellent customer service, and to ensure that adequate medical supplies and equipment are available whenever needed. 

Mr. Grimes is the Chief Executive Officer of CFOL International, Inc. (CFOL). CFOL is one of the leading federal contract consulting and training firms in the nation. CFOL has successfully supported clients in over $500M ($.5Billion) in contracts with the DOE, NASA, Department of Army, Department of Navy, NSA, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, USDA, and other federal agencies across the country. CFOL has provided consulting services and training for over 2,000 members of the federal contracting community since 2009, including DOD Contracting Officers, employees of federal agencies, and large/small businesses. 

Mr. Grimes is a veteran of the elite United States Navy Nuclear Submarine Force and is widely held as the youngest person in Naval History to graduate #1 in Basic Enlisted Submarine School (BESS). Mr. Grimes earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Metropolitan University. He has also pursued doctoral studies in the field of business leadership.

Arleen L. Boyd-Alston has over 37 years of combined government service as a federal civilian and as a member of the United States Navy. She is a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and has served as a Warranted Contracting Officer with Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Workforce Education and Training Development from Southern Illinois University, and holds a Master of  Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Arleen is also LEAD certified in Project Management Principles. Arleen is presently a Procurement Center Representative (PCR) and Certificate of Competency (COC) Specialist as well as the a Commercial Marketing Representative (CMR) with the Small Business Administration, Office of Government Contracting Area III. She reviews procurements for over 12 federal agencies throughout FL, GA, which includes NAVFACSE, ACOE Jacksonville, NAVSUP FLC Jacksonville, Air Armament Center Eglin AFB, SERMC Mayport, FL, and the U.S. Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO-FL) St. Augustine, FL. She is also temporarily reviewing for Fort Gordon, MCLC Albany, GA, Fort Benning, and Moody AFB.

Mark joined NAVFAC Southeast as the Small Business Deputy Director in Feb 2016, where he oversees small business activities for 19 locations across 12 states. Prior to his Small Business appointment, Mark was a Contracting Officer, Branch Chief at Eglin AFB FL (ith unlimited warrant authority) where he was the Source Selection Authority for over 45 construction and service contracts to include numerous 8a Sole Source awards. Mark also performed as Contracting Force Development & Analysis Chief, Contracts Manager for Industry, and is a retired military veteran. He has an MBA from Trident University International, a B.S. in Business from Touro University International, and has 2 Air Force Associate Degree's; Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology and Contracts Management. Mr. Kurt Mussercurrently provide construction scheduling consulting services to contractors, owners and designers. After 34 years in Civil Service, Mr. Musser retired in October, 2006 as the CPM subject matter expert for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. When he retired, Mr. Musser was responsible for providing construction scheduling support to construction offices in 26 states. That support included the review and analysis of CPM schedules, conducting software training in the use of CPM schedules and providing expert witness support when claims resulted in litigation. As part of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command CPM Task Force, Mr. Musser helped formulate and develop a standard CPM schedule guide specification and a standardized CPM training course for all NAVFAC Construction Managers and Engineering Technicians, worldwide.


​​For 2 years Mr. Musser reviewed the schedules for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program, a $1 Trillion contract. Additonally, Mr. Musser has created and maintained several hundred construction projects to include the Everbank Stadium Renovation(world’s largest LED TVs), Baptist South Medical Center Expansion on St Augustine Rd, Valdosta High School, several St Johns County schools, including Ponte Vedra High School.

James E. Krause is a Federal Contract Attorney  with over 35 years in the construction industry, ranging from general contractor to architecture to construction law. As a former general contractor and designer, Mr. Krause has a thorough background knowledge of many areas of construction disputes from years of field experience. Mr. Krause represents Federal contractors in all of the courts in DC and assists Contractors with Federal and Commercial Contract issues, including: Bid Protests, Claims, Small Business Matters, Federal Set-Asides, and Joint Venture/Teaming Arrangements. Mr. Krause practices Federal Contract Law full time in Jacksonville for both local and national contractors, and continues to provide lectures and seminars to Federal Contractors.

Mr. Troyce Gunter serves as a senior contracting advisor for the South Eastern Region Area of Responsibility.  In this capacity, he leads a 100+ group of contracting professionals providing business solutions for multiple customers executing over 17,000 annual contract actions valued at more than $600M.  Prior to his current assignment, he served as the Director of Contracting for the USAF Test Center’s Eglin AFB, FL location.    He entered government service in 1991 via the Student Cooperative Education Program (SCEP) and was then competitively selected as an Air Force Copper Cap intern.  He has experience in operational, specialized & systems contracting having served as a Contracting Officer and chief of multiple contracting offices at Eglin AFB, FL.  Mr Gunter also has experience at the HQ AF level having served as a procurement analyst for the Deputy Assistant Secretary (Contracting) and as the Chief of Contract Policy and Pricing for the AF Rapid Capabilities Office.  He and his wife Niva have eight children, Claire, Landon, Samuel, Augustus, N’Datcha, Abigail, Leticia & Leonardo.
