Mr. Troyce Gunter serves as a senior contracting advisor for the South Eastern Region Area of Responsibility. In this capacity, he leads a 100+ group of contracting professionals providing business solutions for multiple customers executing over 17,000 annual contract actions valued at more than $600M. Prior to his current assignment, he served as the Director of Contracting for the USAF Test Center’s Eglin AFB, FL location. He entered government service in 1991 via the Student Cooperative Education Program (SCEP) and was then competitively selected as an Air Force Copper Cap intern. He has experience in operational, specialized & systems contracting having served as a Contracting Officer and chief of multiple contracting offices at Eglin AFB, FL. Mr Gunter also has experience at the HQ AF level having served as a procurement analyst for the Deputy Assistant Secretary (Contracting) and as the Chief of Contract Policy and Pricing for the AF Rapid Capabilities Office. He and his wife Niva have eight children, Claire, Landon, Samuel, Augustus, N’Datcha, Abigail, Leticia & Leonardo.

Mr. Adrian Little has over 17 years experience in design and systems engineering of electromechanical devices used in various industries including medical, military, swimming pool, and theme park industries. His Orlando, FL based company has developed and manufactured aircraft ground support equipment for the A-10, F-22, F-15, F-16, F-35 and RC-135 aircraft. This equipment is used all across the United States and represents a fraction of their capabilities. Most recently, Mr. Little was instrumental in leading JETechnology to gain its AS9100c Quality Management Certification. Mr. Little believes in giving back and is a volunteer teacher for Croom's Academy's Junior Achievement program. He is also a Florida State University Alum and loves anything to do with the Seminoles. In his spare time, Mr. Little likes to spend time with his wife, Shaunell, and 9 year old twin boys (Donovan and Dorian). John Prather has contracted over $25 Million to the federal government and has over 25 years of sales and sales management experience in the furniture industry which has earned him extensive sales expertise in this area. The knowledge John has gained is due to past and current participation in a number of professional development courses and continued work in the sales profession.
John constantly strives for his customer's satisfaction by not only generating but also maintaining his client and vendor relationships. Additionally, his commitment to his customers, clients and vendors has provided him the proven ability to increase product sales and numbers as well as streamline processes and decrease operational expenses for those individuals and their companies. Darrell Searcy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group, LLC DBA Chandler Campbelle & Daschle; an SBA 8(a) Certified Management Consulting Firm that provides professional management consulting and value- added reseller services to U.S. Department of Defense, Federal civilian, municipal, and commercial organizations. Darrell has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience working with Fortune 100 and multi-national organizations including Homebanc Mortgage Corporation, Siemens A.G., Pharmacia & Upjohn Pharmaceuticals, Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, and IBM. Darrell is an accomplished public speaker and entrepreneur and serves as a keynote speaker and facilitator for corporations, municipalities and nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. He currently serves as a faculty member of Palm Beach State College, and an instructor for the Florida Atlantic University Institute of Government.
Ms. Denise Rose has nearly 20 years of service in Contracting for the DOD, Army Missile Command, Centcom (as a Contingency Contracting officer in Iraq), and the Department of Veterans Affairs. She holds a B.S. in Professional Studies and is a Veteran. Her Mission is to support every Veteran and VA Medical Center with quality care, excellent customer service, and to ensure that adequate medical supplies and equipment are available whenever needed.
Mark joined NAVFAC Southeast as the Small Business Deputy Director in Feb 2016, where he oversees small business activities for 19 locations across 12 states. Prior to his Small Business appointment, Mark was a Contracting Officer, Branch Chief at Eglin AFB FL (ith unlimited warrant authority) where he was the Source Selection Authority for over 45 construction and service contracts to include numerous 8a Sole Source awards. Mark also performed as Contracting Force Development & Analysis Chief, Contracts Manager for Industry, and is a retired military veteran. He has an MBA from Trident University International, a B.S. in Business from Touro University International, and has 2 Air Force Associate Degree's; Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology and Contracts Management. He is Contracting DAWIA Level III Certified.

James E. Krause is a Federal Contract Attorney with over 35 years in the construction industry, ranging from general contractor to architecture to construction law. As a former general contractor and designer, Mr. Krause has a thorough background knowledge of many areas of construction disputes from years of field experience. Mr. Krause represents Federal contractors in all of the courts in DC and assists Contractors with Federal and Commercial Contract issues, including: Bid Protests, Claims, Small Business Matters, Federal Set-Asides, and Joint Venture/Teaming Arrangements. Mr. Krause practices Federal Contract Law full time in Jacksonville for both local and national contractors, and continues to provide lectures and seminars to Federal Contractors.
